Plains, Trains, and Automobiles

Basically, I am updating, because I didn't want to be a hypocrite. I don't know why I feel that my life gets incredibly dull once school starts, I have no exciting news to tell... Being a T.A. is a lot of fun this semester, but very time consuming, and I am going to go over my allotted amount of hours again. Oh well, more money for me!
Conference is this weekend, and we all know what that means, Conference breakfast bash extravaganza!! Who is excited?? I think the better question is, who isn't excited, because those people need to be driven out of town. (Just kidding, you can walk... get it...)
Class isn't as wonderful as I wanted it to be. My Italy class is way rad, and my Old Testament class is great. Makeup is middling ( probably cause right now we're doing everything I already know how to do...) D&C could be better, European Expansion bores me, and TMA 201 is dreadful. And that is all I do with my life. Pathetic isn't it?
Well, you have no idea how near ranting I am right now. I think I need to do something way fun... I'll get back to you when I have had time for that. Um... I think I was going to say something else but I forgot what it was. Sorry this post is so lame, but now my blog is updated.

So last night was The Format concert. It was so rad. How could it not be when they're from AZ? It was a nice little cap off to my summer, which is now almost over. My job as a TA has been verified, next week will be my last week as a paralegal, and the time has come for me to buy books and backpacks...I hope I don't get in a fight... sorry, random Billy Madison moment. Today I had a meeting with the Professor over the Public Health Internship department at BYU. The following is a conversation that actually happened on my way there. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALICIA!!

Today is a very special day in the life of my little sister. She is turning 18. I remember when she was a little baby ( I was three when she was born, well, almost). So, Let me list some of the reasons I love my sister. 1. We shared a room for years, and fought all the time, what fun. 2. She lets me call her various and sundry nicknames. Some of the ones she finds less embarrassing are shushi(which actually isn't a Lindsey original, I'll admit) and gorilla. 3. She lets me provoke and tease her, and she always rises to the occasion by getting mad and offended ( she secretly likes it, don't worry). 4. She always loses at our laughing contests. 5. She finds me hilarious ( who doesn't??) 6. She makes weird noises, and always at the necessary moment. 7. She listens to my problems. 8.
